How to cancel your AI Pods subscription
You can cancel anytime. Below are the exact steps — and what happens after you do.
Cancel in 3 steps

Log in to your Vizuara account
Subscriptions are managed on vizuara.ai — sign in with the same email you used to subscribe.

Open your AI Pods enrollment
Go to vizuara.ai/courses/ai-pods and click Manage subscription on your enrolled plan.

Click "Cancel subscription" and confirm
Razorpay will stop billing future cycles immediately. You'll see a confirmation email within a few minutes.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep full access until the end of your current billing cycle. We don't prorate or claw back time you've already paid for.
- After the cycle ends, your account stays active — you just lose access to paid pods, Pro video lessons, and certificates. Your progress is saved if you ever come back.
- You'll continue receiving Vizuara's newsletter unless you also unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of any email.
Trouble cancelling?
If the button doesn't appear, the subscription was created with a different email, or you'd like a refund considered, email us and we'll handle it for you within one business day.
